ESLAV-ECLAM Summer Schools
ESLAV and ECLAM collaborate in providing annual 3-day Summer Schools for residents and other veterinarians. The Schools use a rotating list of modules:
- Diseases and Diagnostic Testing
- Biology of Laboratory Animals
- Management of Animal Facilities / Ethics, Animal Welfare and the 3Rs
- Surgery and Experimental Techniques / Design and Conduct of Research Programmes and Animal Experiments
- Pre-anaesthesia, Anaesthesia, Analgesia, and Euthanasia
2027 ESLAV ECLAM Summer School
The 2027 Summer School will be a 3-day course at the Medical School of Hannover, Germany, focused on health surveillance, disease diagnosis and control, zoonoses and outbreak management. The programme combines lectures, practical work, case-based discussion, group exercises and a facility visit.
